Pre Covid we provided a "one stop shop" support package for tourism businesses which included additional areas to those we are focussing on today. We continue to offer these bespoke support services

We have set up and run our own country lodge on 5 hectares and have had to work thorough the 101 tasks such a project involves. Website development, marketing, establishing relationships with agents, booking systems, Health and Safety, financial systems, staff contracts, social media…. we have dealt with many of the tasks and challenges you may be facing at present.

With each of us having been Tourism New Zealand Qualmark Business advisors and assessors for over 12 years, we have evaluated in detail how accommodation, attraction and activity providers operate and identified those systems, policies and procedures that have proven successful. We can draw on this knowledge to help you.
